Gaining access instructions to the apartment were terrible. I had to call the agency five times and take a taxi to their offices. Very poorly managed. Avoid this property because of their managing agency.

The communication with the host needs improvement. We hit a message about an hour before our arrival with the location and door codes and that was it. Didn t answer our more specific questions

Very poor communication. I never got responses to my text questions concerning check-in time and possibility to leave a bag before/after check-in/out (no such opportunity!). At one point the keypad failed and I had to call more than once and wait for someone to deliver a key. They also confirmed that they could also not get the keypad to work. Agin, however, there was poor communication. I never got a response to my question of how/where to leave the key on check-out. I simply left on the table. Also, as noted by others. Bathroom fixtures were flaky or actually broken off in one case. Please fix bathroom, keypad and read text messages (via Booking)! If so, would be a great place to stay.

The location was super. The apartment itself was lovely. Home from home.

The bedroom was a little small but manageable.
