Firstly the location is absolutely amazing, while Porto is mostly uphill, you’re within 5 minutes from where you would want to go including 5 mins to the train station and metro to go elsewhere. I thought the bed was good, the TV has YouTube. The bathroom was 5 stars, perfect shower and everything you need. It was on the 4th floor and there’s a lift which is convenient.

I understand it wasn’t listed but I do think air conditioning is necessary, there’s a fan but it gets very very hot. I stayed in October and you would have to leave the windows wide open all day with the fan on to keep it moderately cool, but still was a bit too high temperature for sleep. The bed overall was very comfortable but the pillows weren’t great and was a bit of a let down. The kitchen is fine and convenient but I thought it was maybe a bit under equipped. Overall I think it’s fine but these small changes would make it absolutely 5 stars everything.

1)Non potete lasciare i bagagli. ti propongono un servizio a pagamento che peraltro non era disponibile negli orari a me necessari , state attenti a questo! 2) l'ascensore parte dal secondo piano. per raggiungerla dovete fare 37 scalini piuttosto alti Struttura numero civico 113, 5° piano: 3) la mancanza di aria condizionata costringeva ad aprire la finestra, questo faceva sì che era impossibile dormire essendo una zona molto centrale e rumorosa, vicinissima a un tunnel molto trafficato : clacson di macchine e sirene spiegate praticamente tutto il giorno! la presenza di un ventilatore non aiuta affatto visto che anch'esso è molto rumoroso da tenere acceso la notte. delle tre finestre solo una si poteva aprire, le altre chiuse a chiave tipo prigione. il servizio clienti finge di essere disponibile ma non lo è, anzi li ho trovati sgarbati nelle risposte e per niente disponibili. 4) non ci sono supermercati minimamente accettabili nelle vicinanze, solo dei minuscoli market x tiridti carissimi e sforniti. Non ci ritornerei mai, la città è ricca di strutture, dove si potrà dormire tranquilli, cercate altrove! Sconsigliatissimo

Emplacement idéal, dans le centre ville et à proximité du Douro. Chambre grande et cuisine bien équipée

Manque de climatisation, en période canicule le ventilateur ne suffit pas.
