Alles wat we nodig hadden was er:pannen, bedlinnen, handdoeken, etcetera. En het appartement zag er mooie uit.

Het was erg gehorig. Dat was voor ons geen probleem, maar ik vroeg me af of de buren geen hinder hadden van onze kleine kinderen.

Nothing, we couldn't stay because the keys weren't accessible. The code for opening the lockbox did not work and we had to obtain another place to stay suddenly

Everything, the keys were not accessible, the assistance does not work. There are two phone numbers for emergencies, but we had to wait for more than 1 h in call listening to lounge music and nobody to talk to us. The email I sent was replied just the following day. The message sent on the website was not replied. So you pay, you do not stay. The check-in instructions are imprecise and wrong.

The bed was very pleasant. The apartment was very tidy. The welcome package with tea and coffee was appreciated. The kitchen utensils were very wide range. The WIFI connection was very good. The response from the host was rather quick by email.

The location of the apartment was rather far away from the center. But nothing that can be done, I choosed it by myself. The sofa had only one cushion for the back. The sofa was rather soft, could feel the wood material it was made of. Missing the washing machine. Missing the dish washer. The sound isolation is really bad. Although it is on second floor one can hear when car are passing by and people talk on the street with the window closed. Really hard to sleep at night.

Apartment was smelly and not very clean, but the worst part was cockroaches.

We didn't get the apartment that we booked. The apartment was similar, but not what we was counting on. The bathroom was totally different. There was no balcony like on the pictures, and the kitchen was not the same.
