Super Lage, gute Ausstattung und viel Platz

Nice location, close to the center and nice cafes and restaurants. The apartment is quite big and comfortable. It is on a shady side which is good especially during the sunny weather.

Unfortunately it was not properly cleaned when we came. They haven’t replaced the bed sheets with the new ones and we noticed even someone’s hair. The same concerns bathroom. They don’t refill amenities which is manageable but the soap was not even filled to 50% when we came so it ended within one day. The kitchen is nice and they have a large fridge with freezer. The host handled the problem with dirtiness quite professionally though it still destroyed the first impression.

Beware of booking this property. The area outside the apartment is swarming with anti social men hassling people for money and roaring general obscenities. I found it quite nerve wracking to have to walk past these groups when I was returning in the evenings. The apartment itself is fine. There is issues with the bathroom and ventilation, the room was soaked it water while we were there. They only provide you with one towel and charge 15 euro if you want a second. Overall there are better places to stay.
