The bath room and the organization of the room

It’s in a good location, near the river and in a good walking distance to Dom Luise Ponte. The tram station is 100 m away. The room is cozy, with the river view. The bed is comfortable. There are everything we need for our stay. I like in particular that there are plugs everywhere. It’s so convenient for us that travel with friends and didn’t have to wait to use the plugs for charging our devices. The team is very helpful and professional.

There were moments that were a bit noisy in the nighttime by people or motorcycles from the road. But not too bad.

Расположение хорошее, виды из окна прекрасные. Налили отличный портвейн в качестве комплимента. Чистые полотенца и кровати. Сами кровати удобные. Места на 4-ых вполне хватает.

К сожалению, очень много минусов: - часть света не работала (на лестнице, на кухне), а часть была с такими тусклыми лампочками, было ощущение, что постоянно находишься в какой-то полу-тьме. Это, конечно, романтично, но не всегда удобно. - очень долго отвечают на любой вопрос через whatsapp. - хозяева (ну или их представители, которые отвечают на вопросы) не знают толком, можно ли рядом с апартаментами припарковаться, посылают на платную парковку, которая хоть и в 5 минутах но с чемоданами по горам не особо находишься и предлагают самим у прохожих поузнавать - можно ли припарковаться. Ну уж могли бы этот вопрос уточнить. Неужели мы первые, кто на машине приехал? - очень неудобно 2-м семьям с одним комплектом ключей. Попросили дать второй, но наш вопрос так и завяз в whatsapp без ответа (см. Пункт выше) - очень мало бокалов. Еле еле наскребли 4 штуки. Такое ощущение, что было нормальное количество, но большая часть побилась и никто даже не собирается обновлять.

Localização, tamanho e limpeza

Location is within walking distance of Central Porto, very handy. Host was very helpful and communication in English was not a problem. Apartment was clean.

Rather noisy as it's close to a main street. Was complicated to pay for breakfast by bank transfer. Breakfast a little expensive for what you get, but adequate.

Cama

O extrator do w.c. fazia imenso barulho. A própria casa de banho estava descuidada, as paredes tinham mofo entre os azulejos e no próprio duche. O duche tinha um tufo de cabelos enrolados no chuveiro. Relativamente à cama, apesar da mesma ser confortável, quando abrimos os lençóis tinha alguns cabelos espalhados. A parede do quarto tinha uma aranha morta e havia teias de aranha no teto. Todo o apartamento cheirava a humidade.

great location and Alex was vey helpful in helping with bags etc. all in all a very good experience.

Lots of stairs so maybe nort for the elderly. Also the water in the bathropom kept soaking the floor. The door s etc to the shower needs to be fixed
