Posizione in prossimità della dogana e dei mezzi di trasporto urbano

Pulizia appena sufficiente (ho trovato un blister vuoto in prossimità dell’ingresso dentro casa). Nessuna porta interna si chiudeva bene e anche la porta esterna aveva necessità di attenzione a come mettere la levetta interna per potersi chiudere e aprire bene. In bagno non funzionava l’aerazione forzata.

Su ubicación es excelente, a tan solo 5 minutos a pie del Palacio da Bolsa La cama bastante cómoda, cuenta con aire acondicionado y nos dejaron un paraguas para días de lluvia. Cercano a bares locales y muy bien de precio. Muy cómodo en general, limpio y súper equipado en productos de limpieza, electrodomésticos y productos de higiene. Te dejan un kit de bienvenida con todos los productos y un pequeño kit de agua mineral, sobres de aceite, azúcar y un par de cápsulas de café para el desayuno (una por persona).

Al entrar se notaba humedad y olía a la misma, en el baño había humedades por falta de ventilación o extractor para ello. No tiene ventanas, aunque es bastante luminoso dado a su puerta de entrada que es de cristal opaco y deja entrar toda la luz.

Cuando llegamos no funcionaba internet pero luego lo resolvieron bien

La ubicación, la comodidad y en general todo del alojamiento, esta fenomenal!

No teníamos cobertura móvil dentro del alojamiento y en toda nuestra estancia no funcionó el wifi. Para poder hablar por teléfono o hacer consultas, únicamente lo podíamos hacer en la puerta. Como la tv funciona conectada a internet tampoco funcionó para poder poner música, por ejemplo. Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento y nos trasladaron que lo iban a intentar solucionar pero en los días que estuvimos no fue posible...

Apartamento cómodo,cercano a todo ,las paradas de bus ,a 500 MTRS. Tiene restaurantes económicos pegado al restaurante .. Para aparcar tenéis un parking para varios días ,bien de precio

Cuesta un poco encontrarlo, pero una vez allí encantador todo

L'appartamento è molto carino in posizione eccellente. L'unico neo, ma per qualche giorno è assolutamente irrilevante vista la vicinanza con il centro e il prezzo eccellente, è l'assenza di finestre. Nel periodo in cui sono stata in struttura il wi-fi non funzionava, si sono attivati subito per sistemare il problema chiedendo l'intervento di un tecnico, ma non potevo certo passare il mio tempo in casa ad attendere che lo mettessero a posto e ho fatto senza.

- the location, although it was in a sort of alley it was easy to walk to the river and the sights, if you have limited abilities walking be aware it is alot of uphill however, even with the escalators - the staff were very helpful and communicative via WhatsApp - the living space was big and had a smart tv - there was a nice welcome package on arrival - the main room had aircon/heating - it was cleaned well, just some things are old

- the main issue with the place is the complete lack of windows. Not even the door has a fly screen to be left oven so there is no fresh air circulation. It being on the ground floor in an alley meant it was super dark and a bit depressing with the cold light - with that being said the bathroom was always wet and the towels wouldn’t dry, it’s clear they just painted over mould on the walls since it was peeling up a lot and the bath was a bit old and dirty. The shower head was also annoying to use - the place was falling apart a bit, the power socket in the bedroom was hanging by wires and the side table leg was broken and kept falling over - another main issue we had was the wifi not working and there was bad service but the staff were really helpful and tried to fix it and gave us a hotspot - the bed also didn’t have a protective cover and the mattress was filthy. It should probably be replaced. There was an extra pillow and quilt left in the wardrobe but no covers for them so we couldn’t event use them. Extra towels would have been nice too
