Cardosas Charming with Balconies and AC

Great location—right in the center of the city, a few minutes away on foot from the São Bento train and metro stations, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Ani was the best host possible; she was helpful and recommended nice restaurants and places to visit for our short-term trip. The apartment is located in a nice and secure building. It was so clean and fully equipped with all the kitchen amenities, storage, etc. that you feel at home. The bed was comfortable and ok for two. We didn't use the air conditioner due to the weather, so I cannot comment. Although the street might be noisy at night, the insulation of the windows is efficient. Our overall experience in this apartment was perfect. Thank you, Ani, for your hospitality and good service. We hope to return as soon as possible!

It was the perfect location, with everything so close by, we couldn’t have gotten better. Ani is a lovely host, kind and not too pushy, the perfect amount of communication. Would have loved to stay longer, and will come back with our kids. The balcony is such a treat, and Ani leaves some lovely personal touches. Fabulous shower, and comfy bed, lots of space - photos don’t give it justice! So many beautiful cafes on your doorstep for breakfast - Timeout Market so close too! I changed apartments last minute to this one - so glad I did. Trust the reviews and book it :)

Great location centrally located on the city. The apartment is comfortable and the host took the time to share some great places to visit as well as restaurants and other attractions

The bedroom is small for someone that comes from the US and is use to king size bed. Also the property only has a portable AC unit that didn’t really got any cool on the property, it got full of water and stop working. We stay 3 nights and had to request more towels because they were only 3 left for the three of us for the stay. But the host got us more in no time.

The apartment location was perfect for us. It is in the historic area of the city. The train station is 1minute walk, 10min walk to the river, shops, restaurants & tourist attractions all around with plenty of tourist information offices. Ani, our host had all the information and recommendations we could ask for, and made contact every day to see how we were getting on, and if we needed anything. The apartment itself had absolutely everything you could ask for and much more. Attention to detail with added touches, and all the comforts of home. Many thanks and best wishes to our host Ani. When we return to Porto, this apartment will be our 1st choice!

Loved absolutely everything!

I loved everything about this property. It was in the very central part of the historic section right across from Sao Bento railway station and I could walk to everywhere.. including the 3 minute walk to catch a train! The apartment was so cute and clean and cheerful with a well furnished kitchen and balconies! The bed was super comfortable. But my very best memory of it was the owner/landlord, Ani! I loved her. She was there to meet me, helped me with any and all information I needed…. even helped me grocery shop the first evening (because I’m old…lol)! She was in constant touch and always available to me for my eight day visit.

There was nothing I did not like!

Everything was perfect! It is located in the best area possible. The room is cozy, super clean and it has all facilities. The host is AMAZING! She gaves us the right tips like where to go or to eat, making our experience in Porto the best possible.

Very clean and excellent location

The location was perfect!! We enjoyed sitting in the little balcony overlooking the main streets and people watching while drinking port wine and some delicious fancy chocolate from a chocolate shop (Ecuador Chocolatier) down stairs. Everything is close by and you have the most beautiful metro station in Porto across the street. The host Ani was super helpful and always available to answer any questions. I would definitely return to Ani’s apartment

You could not get a better location. Secure and central- yes there is noise from outside but it did not stop us sleeping.
