Localisation. Literie confortable dans une chambre, à remplacer dans la seconde.

Un double vitrage aux chambres serait nécessaire d’autant plus que c’est le cas coté ruelle (Côté le moins bruyant). Logement mérite de nombreuses finitions afin d’apporter un plus au confort
