"Scam/Fake."

Did a reservation and had option to choose chek in time, choose between 1 and 2 am, did online check in and uppon arriving at the place there was nobody there or anything, everything was closed and no answer or their given phone number or the chat from the online check in app, so I never really got to stay at the olace and they still took my money. Now booking is not wanting to solve this problem since the place is also not responding to them. This might be a fake place. Be aware.

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Rua Santa Catarina, surrounded by shops, cafés, and the best that the city has to offer. It’s the perfect base for exploring everything on foot. The apartement itself is stunning — modern yet cozy, with great attention to detail. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My apartment was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable, with everything I could possibly need for a relaxing stay. I can’t recommend this place enough — it truly made my trip unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!
