Le bien : Appartement bien situé avec minimum d’équipement satisfaisant. Le décevant : voyageant avec ma fille, j’avais choisi cet appartement car doté d’un lit et d’un sofa lit. Il n’y avait pas de sofa en arrivant. Nous l’avons demandé dès notre arrivée. Sans réponse de ON Appartment Findmeinporto, nous avons dû relancer le lendemain matin, en signalant par ailleurs que le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a répondu que tout serait solutionné dans la journée. Nous avons téléphoné en fin de journée et on nous a éconduit assez sèchement. À noter que la propreté laisse à désirer et que l’écoulement de la douche est faible. Résultat : 2 nuits inconfortables. Et une énorme déception quant à nos rapports avec l’agence. Je serai reconnaissant à Hôtel.com de nous obtenir un dédommagement. Ci joint photo et échanges par WhatsApp.

We had our worst accommodation experience at this place. We were literally forced to cancel our reservation and leave the hotel. We had a confirmed reservation at this place. Upon arrival in the evening, we had difficulty accessing the property because the instructions provided by the hotel for locating the key were unclear. As a result, we were temporarily locked out. When the hotel owner came, we simply shared that the instructions could have been clearer, he reacted in an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional manner. In a very aggressive and threatening way, he asked us to forcibly cancel our reservation, pressured us to leave the room immediately, claiming that we might leave a low review as justification for evicting us from the property. He said that he had lots of houses/rooms and didn't need our money. This occurred 9pm in the evening, leaving us without a place to stay. We were shocked and humiliated by this treatment. We had not violated any rules, and there was no prior warning or acceptable reason for such behavior. We had to make a new reservation at a higher price, lost time and we were very demoralised. We informed Booking.com organization about this event and shared the details of our complaint so that appropriate action be taken. In addition, we asked that our right to leave a review about this experience on the property’s Booking.com page be reinstated. Since the cancellation was forced by the property and the experience occurred during a valid booking, we believe it is important that other travelers be informed.
