Its proximity to the historic center, downtown, bolhao, nova vila nova de guia, metro, train station. The bus stop is just a few steps away to be able to go to Matosinhos. We were not able to personally meet the host but instructions to get there were very detailed. Ana was very accommodating and helpful. We were caught up in the December 6 strike from Tomar, and she was in contact wth us the whole time coordinating our arrival to the property.

None, sink was slow drain and shower head had some stains but very negligible concerns.

Location very close to sao bento, actually directly across from it yet super quiet bc our windows were facing the courtyard not outside on the street Super clean and spacious has 1.5 bath , a lot of closet space and washer , super large toaster , frig etc Great WiFi speed

Nothing - only thing would be for the owner to include which door is the entrance to the building. We did try the wrong one for a few minutes cause it was unclear

The location is fantastic. It's been rainy in Porto and we arrived by train so it was really nice to just cross the road to get to the accommodation. There was enough room for our family of 4.

Perfect location! Easy to get to from airport and train station! Host let me check in early since my flight to Porto was in the early afternoon and she was so accommodating and good at communicating with me! Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great and the apartment is well appointed.

The only issue we had was getting into the place. Booking.com lists the wrong address. We didn’t have WhatsApp working, so were unable to receive pictures from the owner and consequently wasted an hour trying to get into the apartment. The entrance (and key lockbox) are directly across from the train station, not around the corner.
