ORM Prado Apartment

Large apartment with two bathrooms. All you need for cooking as well. Shops close by. Great stay!

A spacious, clean apartment, not in the centre of Porto but a short walk to the nearest Lidl supermarket and about 30 minutes walking to the train and bus station and to the heart of the centre. There are a couple of metro stations close by. Well equipped, it has all that you need. Fairly noisy neighbours but that can't be helped in a small block. Good Internet and the TV had all the usual offerings. Many flights of stairs to reach the top floor but otherwise a nice place to stay whilst visiting Porto if you are prepared to walk or take the metro which is close by. Was not cheap, but Porto isn't and whilst not in the centre, you are in a safe neighbourhood with shops and supermarkets close by.

We liked the location and spaciousness of the apartment, along with layout, comfort and amenities.

The noise of the neighbours' air conditioning was really loud throughout the night. It sounded as if there was a washing machine in the bedroom.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and hosts were supportive ( we did not meet however ) Area was quiet and safe. Size of the flat was fair for us ( 3 Adults + 1 Kid ) . There are several cafés , restaurants and super markets around .

Location is a little far from city center ( Almost 2km walk ) It would have been more hospitable if the host could have meet us for a welcome our at least once in our stay . Hot water runs out too quickly , It's almost enough for 1 person to shower and then it takes around an hour to recover . It will be more fair to put a vacuum cleaner inside the apartment when service costs 30 Euro each time .

The apartment is very well-located, with two bathrooms both with shower cabins. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The evening light from the main glass facade is amazing. The area is tranquil. The staff was very friendly to us with plenty of recommendations on how to make the most of our stay in Porto - thanks to Alex in particular for his time.

It would have been a 10 if we would find papper napkins in the kitchen, toothpaste, and better shampoos and shower gel.

The Apartment was very nice, good location, everything was clean and the couch was good to sleep on as well.
