"Very uncomfy with arrogant host and poor facilities"

Spacious and well located property

No air-conditioning and inadequate number of fans. The apartment was extremely warm yet no fan was provided for the living room. Arrogant host who advised us to carry fans around the apartment instead of providing a sufficient number. Seepage and fungus is visible on the ceiling at the apartment entrance. None of the doors has a stopper so they slam shut any time there is a wind gust with the windows open. Doors in general are in poor shape with some missing handles. Electric blinds don't work - a particular problem in the kitchen as there is no curtain. Key collection was a problem as their key box wouldn't open and we had to wait for over 15 mins for someone to show up and resolve the issue. Generally lacking in amenities and where they are present they're of poor quality. Construction noise in the neighborhood after 8am. However can't close windows because of how warm the apartment is. Poor lightning in the apartment and particularly around the beds. No power outlets next to beds. For some reason they don't show and collect taxes when booking. Instead they ask you to either make a bank transfer for that or go to (!!) their office to pay in cash. It's a ridiculous arrangement, even more annoying as they ask you to email them proof of payment of the tax (about 3% of my total bill which was already paid). Apparently checking their bank account for confirmation is too much trouble.

Spacious

We had to go out of our way to pay the Porto tourist tax by dropping it by the office. Why is it not included in the rate? We were never sure if there was air conditioning and it was warm in the apartment.

"percect location for a bigger group of 4 to 6 people in Porto"

perfect size for a group of 4 people like us, near the metro station Trinidade (direct metro to the airport), three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a toilet + an additional toilet as well. huge living room and kitchen. silent place without traffic in front of the appartment.

Some renovation and mainenance works should be done as we could not close one door and some furnitures are damaged or show signs of wear and tear.
