Old Stone Flats by Host Wise

The location was quite good not to far from some interesting sights of interest. There was also a nice bakery nearby. The apartment was very attractive and there were some good features: ceiling fan, coffee and tea, it was also spacious with a lift to the apartment.

Dirty bathroom, apartment only had surface clean at most, unable to leave bags, unable to check in on time, incorrect internet information in apartment, evening noise, apartment representatives (cleaners) lied, did not give a professional view and possible broken fridge (door handle kept falling off)and unsure if any fire exit. To explain, we had asked for a slightly early arrival (same afternoon) and with no response we asked the cleaners if we could leave our bags, they said no but that they didn't know as they weren't connected to our apartment. It is the only place I have ever been that you can't do this - why not have a storage cage outside the apartment? We went to ask whether the apartment was ready 50 mins before our check in - the door was still open, beds unmade and no cleaning. We went back at 3 the cleaners who had said they weren't involved with that apartment were now hoovering - they had spent at most no more than 50 mins in the apartment. We then asked when could we access the flat as it was now 10 past 3 (3 was check in). The host messaged cleaners and we were allowed to enter on the wet floors (lovely wet socks) and the cleaners were noteably sheepish. The shower was def. not cleaned only the tray and door (really mucky by control and general tiles - mould)- the cleaners obs never close the door in the bathroom as filthy. In the morning I went in and something scuttled across the floor - was it a cockroach, it looked like one. Dirty blinds. internet password notice by the TV was incorrect. Also, we had a nice lift to apartment but door by it was locked - how do you get out in an emergency? The noise (music from restaurant below or opposite) wasn't unbearable but none of us could get to sleep easily especially with the thudding of the people above on floorboards. Beds very comfortable - sofa not so and when I tried the heating in the bedroom it didn't seem to come on - so I had to get a throw from living room.

This apartment is in the heart of everything! All the shopping and dinning is right there! Quick walk to the river and activities! The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay including washing machine, which for us was important since we walked the Camino and needed to freshen up!

Maybe a few more towels if you stay more than 2 nights!

The location was terrific. It was a block from the riverfront and had several restaurants within a block. The apartment was clean and laid out well

O apartamento é lindo e super aconchegante. Localização privilegiada. Vista incrível. Cuidado do anfitrião com vinho de boas vindas. Instalações da cozinha super práticas.

O apartamento em teoria deveria acomodar bem 3 pessoas, mas está realidade não aconteceu. O apartamento só conta com um quarto e um sofá cama no living. Apartamento ruidoso ao caminhar não permite o uso do living sem que um incomode o outro. Ao final tive que alugar outro apartamento para mim. Falta de cuidado dos anfitriões em analisar a relação hospedes adultos versos conforto. Minha prima ficou no mesmo apartamento com seu marido e eles deram para ela um apartamento 2 quartos para acomodar 4 pessoas bem. Não entendo porque fizeram isso com a gente!
