La centralità della posizione (vicinanza a piedi ai maggiori punti di interesse). Appartamento comodo e pulito e ben accessoriato.

Non è sufficientemente specificato che l'appartamento si trova in una zona pedonale (anche se ci sono diversi parcheggi nelle vicinanze). Inoltre, l'unico balcone affaccia su un cortile con case malandate e vista desolante.

Great location, nice and quiet. Comfortable bed and good shower. Spacious studio with good layout.

Would have been good to have some more storage like some draws for clothes. Property does have a balcony but the view is the back of another apt block and their washing. However because it’s at the back it’s lovely and quiet despite being in a busy area.

Location. Cleanliness.

Windows looking at the neighboring buildings backyard. The smell coming from restaurants made it impossible to open them and use the balcony.
