Qué tuviera parking gratis es un punto a favor.La.cama cómoda. Habitación y salón amplios

El edificio en si está un poco deteriorado.El parking huele bastante a humedad.Las zonas comunes muy dejadas. Aunq luego el apartamento es otra cosa.

La ubicación es muy céntrica, no hay nada de ruido, muy luminoso y tranquilo.

La entrada al parking es algo estrecha para un todoterreno, la salida sin complicaciones. Las almohadas de la cama eran muy blandas Algunas luces estaban fundidas

Limpio, confortable, amplio. La cama principal muy cómoda, la segunda cama no tan cómoda. Muy importante para mi el parking en el mismo edificio.

El perro del vecino ladra mucho. (Me imagino que el propietario no pude hacer nada para mejorar eso)
