Porto Downtown Main Str (S.Catarina) + Free Park

It was a spacious apartment that you could relax at, was great for a family to have space in. The location was great, short walk into centre city. Kitchen had everything you needed The car park was great! Host was responsive and pro-active in communicating with us.

Unfortunately there was plumbing issues in the building while we were there which meant the bathroom stunk and was hard to air. Our host advised us this was not a normal issue and was trying to get it sorted. Without this we would give it top marks for our stay!

Owner seems nice, very quickly to reply my text message when I had problems.

The bad smell from the bathroom made the stay very challenge for us in the appartment for 3 days, no idea where the bad smell come from, the water flows very well in the toilet. I saw other peoples' reviews also complaining about the smell before made the booking, just thought the owner may fix the issue after people complained, very disappointment, it was not fixed by the time we stay there. We also found hairs on the bath towel and too strong smell on the bed linens.

The place has a decent size for 3 people. It is clean. The towels are very soft. Jose leaves very clear instruction to enter the building

The bathroom sewage emits a foul smell. Make sure you cover the drainage in the bathroom and close the bathroom door all the time. No laundry machine. The insulation of the walls is not great. We heard neighbors talking in the bedroom.
