3 Bedrooms Central Apartment with garage by Great&Cosy

Buen apartamento, 4º piso con ascensores, bien equipado con aire acondicionado porque pega el sol todo el día. Buen parking. Bien situado y sin jaleo con metro muy cerca. Hay autobús cerca también, pero no conseguimos dar con la línea. Supermercado y farmacia en la misma acera. Anastasiya nos atendió muy amablemente a nuestra llegada. Recomendable. Volveremos.

Nosotros sólo estuvimos tres noches y te arreglas sin problema, pero para estancias más largas sería bueno contar con lavadora. Y unos toalleros sería conveniente poner.

Nos gusto mucho: Disponer de 2 baños , multiples aires acondicionado y garaje gratis comunicado con el apartamento. La ubicacion buena; aunque con obras en la plaza de la republica

Recommendation for big company because of separate rooms. Great value for money

Central location, functionnal, two bathrooms

- no ventilation system -the park outside the building was closed for works which it was not mentioned during the booking process even if it was shown ln the photos advertised, on of the reasons we booked it was this park so we were so disappointed

It was well laid out and had everything we needed. Close to main metro station and local shops/bars and walking distance to centre and attractions.

Needs some hooks on doors for towels etc

Quite noisy in the mornings because of seagulls

Excelent location, walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets and downtown. Good size bedrooms. AC on every unit.Clean. The parking spot in the garage was definitely a big plus! We had to do a late check-in and the staff (Cristina) was wonderful accommodation us and very welcoming. We had a great stay.

Pleasant appartement to stay for one or two nights without using the kitchen. Ideally, for no more than three couples, the living room/kitchen is super small. The location is good. You can walk down town (about 20-30 min). Good access to metro and bus.

We were a group of seven people, and it was definitely too much. The sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep, and the person sleeping there will be constantly disturbed when the others move around. The equipment in the kitchen also need to be replaced, namely the filter coffee machine, the frying pan, the kettle. The fridge is also small and freezes everything that is close to the back of the fridge. Ideally avoid cooking in appartement.

Bedrooms good size, wardrobe space great. Great location Close to a small supermarket and walking distance to the centre. Beds very comfortable. And a lift! Hosts were responsive and nice.

Kitchen not suitable for a family staying more than 1 night. There is a small portable oven which takes ages to cook, and only 1 saucepan, and 1 frying pan which all the tefal comes off in your food. There is also no draining board for the sink and one dish towel. Holes everywhere in the wall in the kitchen, lounge and one of the bedrooms. Only 4 dining chairs yet apartment is advertised to cater for 6 people. Drain covers in kitchen and shower kept coming loose and tripping up people. Door handles are broken on bedroom doors, and don't close properly, no locks on the bathroom, and could use extraxtor fans in bathrooms. No washing machine but a laundrette down the road. Windows leak during the rain. There was also an incident where scaffolding fell during a windy day right outside the main door and garage lane which could have been very serious if someone was walking outside.
