La posizione, il terrazzino, l'appartamento in generale andava bene. Zona di movida ma abbastanza tranquilla. Doppie finestre insonorizzazione perfetta. Materasso molto rigido perfetto per noi. Bagno grande. Forniti sapone, shampoo e tanta carta igienica 😄 Luminoso.

Terzo piano senza ascensore. Scale un po' ripide. Ma lo sapevamo. La biancheria non bianchissima e i cuscini colorati non proprio pulitissimi. Cucina attrezzata ma priva di sale, olio, zucchero, caffè, scottex, ecc.....

L'emplacement excellent pour visiter la ville à pieds, le canapé-lit confortable, la vraie chambre à part. Le logement est grand, très propre et confortable. Grande table, cuisine fonctionnelle.salle de bain confortable. Gel douche et shampoing a disposition. Petit chauffage d'appoint de salle de bain très appréciable.

Il manque la bouilloire, mentionnée dans les équipements. Des réparations sont nécessaires : stores cassés ou très fragiles, porte manteau cassé. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait bien (verres et tasse).

It was close to major attractions like the Clérigos Tower, Bolhao market, Chapel of Souls, numerous church’s and about a 20 minute walk down to the Ribeira. The host was very responsive and helpful during my stay. He was very helpful when I needed to store my luggage before my flight. I felt quite safe in the building. The apartment had everything I needed, the kitchen was well equipped and bathroom aswell. The apartment I stayed it was very spacious and the aircon was a good addition.

Just be aware that it is quite noisy and you can hear everything that’s going on in the block. Especially doors closing and outside noise.

La posizione, il supporto e la disponibilità dello staff. Ci hanno fatto lasciare le valige in un armadio dopo in check out... uno scarico non scaricava bene ed in tempo zero hanno sistemato senza recare alcun disagio sistemando quando non eravamo in casa.. molto bravi.

Forse un briciolo in più di pulizia... ma siamo cmq su ottimi livelli.

Appartement propre très bien situé près de tout.

Je m’attendais à avoir des articles de toilettes, (savon à mains) éponges ou lavette pour nettoyer la vaisselle au prix que j’ai payé.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel. Tout est proche , à distance de marche.

Il manque des oreillers. Il y en a un correct et l’autre est pitoyable.

Fabulous location so close to everything we wanted to see and with easy access to both sides of the Douro. The terrace was wonderful in the early evenings, the sun stayed on it until about 7pm so it was the perfect place to sit and unwind after a day out.

We would have liked a couple of wine glasses! In a city of fabulous port and wine it was disappointing to have to use water glasses to sample our purchases.
