Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Kombination aus charmanten alten Steinmauern und einer perfekt gestalteten, wunderschönen Einrichtung hat uns sofort verzaubert. Auch das Badezimmer ist ein echter Blickfang – sehr hübsch und ideenreich umgesetzt! Dank der Top-Lage ist man in nur 3 Minuten im Zentrum und am Meer, und der Strand liegt praktisch vor der Tür. Ein Segen an heißen Tagen war die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz war jedoch der geschützte, private Balkon. Man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und kann dort abends völlig ungestört bei einem Glas Wein entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a wonderful stay in Punat and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our lovely host, Dunja — she is incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at home. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Every little detail has been thought of — from the dishes and kitchen essentials to the grill on the terrace. The terrace is very spacious and a perfect place to relax. The apartment is very comfortable, with air conditioning, a large fridge, and a lovely atmosphere. We especially loved the interior design with warm yellow and lemon tones — it gives the place a unique charm and almost makes you feel like you are somewhere in Italy. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The location is also excellent — the city center is just a two-minute walk away. Parking was very convenient as well: thanks to the parking card provided by Dunja, we could park for free in the designated areas around Punat. We truly enjoyed our stay and are very grateful for Dunja’s hospitality and care. Thank you for everything — we would happily come back again!

Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die Verständigung erfolgt auf Englisch.

Das Quartier liegt in der Altstadt von Punat und man muss durch enge Gassen navigieren. Man sollte gut Autofahren können. Allerdings hat diese Altstadt-Lage auch ihren Reiz. Man erlebt ihn am besten zu Fuß! Der Meerblick vom Balkon der Wohnung ist atemberaubend!

Host was friendly, good communication and helpful. Nice location. We were in the first floor apartment that has a lovely terrace looking west which was lovely to sit out.

There are two apartments in the building with a shares entrance, when we were staying there was a young family below and it was quite loud in the mornings. The bed is a fold out couch, the mattress/ couch are a bit worn out. The surfaces and floor were dirty on arrival, we had to clean surfaces, dishes and sweep the floor. Parking is a problem, it is tricky in busy times to park temporarily near the apartment to load/ unload. The host provides you with a parking permit for your stay however it is a 5-10 minute walk depending on where you can find and it is a bit tricky when you are unfamiliar with the town to know where to park so we spent about 20minutes the first evening finding a suitable spot.

The owner of the apartment is a very nice and friendly woman! close to the center, just 2 minutes and you are on the embankment with many cafes and restaurants!

There are some inconveniences with parking, it is free but finding free spaces is problematic, especially in the evening.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la proprietaria è stata veramente molto gentile e disponibile, la posizione dell'appartamento è in zona centrale , a pochi minuti a piedi da supermercato , macelleria, pescheria, farmacia e ristoranti. La proprietaria mette a disposizione il pass per parcheggiare in zona centrale (a 5-10 Min a piedi) e vicino alle spiagge principali (raggiungibili anche a piedi con una bella camminata lungo la marina). L'appartamento è un monolocale , arioso e ben organizzato , è fornito di tutto ciò che può servire e gode di una bellissima terrazza che abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo per cene e griglie (c'è il barbecue). Come posizione Punat è strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle e visitare i principali paesi (krk e verbenico a 15-20 Min).
