APARTAMENTO AMPLIO. VISTAS A LA PLAYA

Very nice apartment. We felt like we were at home. Mrs Merce is very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back :)

Nice apartment near the beach, parking space in front of the house, 20 minutes by car to Valencia. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Very difficult to communicate with host, because the lady speaks absolutely no word English, the only thing she wants to know at the end of your stay is: when do you check out... Then she comes to clean but makes no interest in seeing her guests. NO WIFI FOR 3 DAYS! Although all neighbours had perfect WiFi ( we talked to them ) , in this apartment there was no WiFi. Cleaning could be better ( the floor wasn't cleaned properly ). As there will be a building built next to the apartment, it was very noisy one day. At the end of our stay we have been accused of stealing her pillow, which of course did NOT happened, as we showed her the pillow in the cupboard - very disgusting experience!

the apartment is very clean and comfortable with good amenities. Very close to the beach. The owner Merce, she is nice and helpful. To stay here I will recommend that you have a car or rent a car to the main city Valencia.

getting access to Taxi here can be very difficult.

Great stay with safe parking option (garage with key). The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you may need. The host even prepared a map with things to visit and other information recommendations for the area and for València. A big plus was also the smart TV with Netflix etc and aircon for heating. We used the washing machine to do a load of laundry, and there was even a hanger outside for drying. Great and big balcony, you do get a glimpse of the sea diagonally. It doesn't have direct sea views but it is very well positioned and the sea is very close, just a really short walk. Overall a very pleasant experience, would definitely stay again

Few negative points to mention: 1) hot water would turn cold after 2 minutes unfortunately. We were only a couple but I can imagine this would be very inconvenient for bigger families 2) the sofa in the living room is very old and even if it looks great in the pictures, in reality it's very tired looking and old, you feel the springs in the seats and just really uncomfortable to sit on. 3) what on earth! - we've never slept in a double bed that was this short. The bed isn't standard length. It's probably only 1.70m or 1.80m in length and our feet were dangling outside of the bed during the sleep. I'm really not sure why the bed was so short but never before did we sleep in such a short bed and not a standard length of 2m

One minute walk to extraordinarily gorgeous beach, with a selection of very good eating establishments. Despite the problems below, it was our favorite place among those we stayed while exploring Europe for 2.5 months. Modern and clean. Secure building in seemingly safe neighborhood.

Google Maps couldn't find it by cutting and pasting address from Booking.com. Spent well over an hour wandering around the neighborhood looking for it. Eventually, by trial and error, found a variation of that address that worked. Very limited supply of hot water necessitated very quick showers. Latch broken on sliding glass door in kitchen (could not lock).
