Well appointed - several balcony/decks with nice views of the surrounding hillside. Plenty of room for two couples and two single adults. Shower/sink in the master bedroom, which is on the main floor. No A/C but there was sufficient breeze on the hillside location. We were there for a wedding so there was no time to cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. We had an unfortunate accident trying to use an unfamiliar washing machine, and the host was super understanding. She arranged for a repairman after our departure and we reimbursed her the cost.

IF it had been hotter, we may have needed A/C or fans.
