"Cold cold cold..."

I arrived around 5pm, it was cold inside, the heating was completely off so I switched on the heat air conditioner because for the normal heating elements I didn't find the switch. The heat conditioner not worked for the first time. I called the number that I got for my booking and she said to me how the air conditioner works(why didn't they have a description at the first place?) I was gone for like 6 hours, turned back around 10 pm and still had to sleep in my trousers and t shirt because it was cold inside!
