Sajnos nem volt fűtés az apartmanban és hiába hívtam őket este nem vették fel a telefont, így nekem kellett intéznem segítséget,hogy kiderüljön mi a baj és beindítsam a fűtést. Később reagáltak,hogy majd reggel hívnak szerelőt,addig meg is fagyhattam volna. Persze pénzt vissza nem kaptam.

"Tiszta, rendes, kényelmes. Törölközó, ágynemű káve várt. Kellemes előfűtött lakásba érkezte."

A kulcs átvétel elég összetett. Másik cím lépcsőházába kell bejutni az előre megadott kapukóddal. A lépcsőházban számos széf. Nem működött a számkód, nem lehetett elérni őket. Másik érkezőkkel egy helyi lakó engedett be. A garázskapun keresztül keresztül. A számzár nem volt elforgatva a nyitókódra volt forgatva, nem volt elzárva a lakáskulcs. Sajnos az ágyrács törött volt az ágy felén. Egyedül érkeztem ezért nem volt zavaró, de két személynél probléma.
