Lovely apartman- free parking

The apartment was in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the start of the old town and big Spar supermarket. The included parking is in an underground, predesignated spot. The instructions to retrieve the keys were clear with pictures. You may need to park, it is cheap, if you're on your own, as the road is very narrow and busy, when you get the keys. The bed is a queen. The photos are realistic. The shower had good pressure and drained well. The usual Ikea, bedding, crockery, lighting fixtures and towels. Liked the DM toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, micellar cleansing water and cotton wool pads. Excellent value for money. The large TV had a Netflix account included. Nespresso capsule coffee machine.

Now I know this is controversial and the owners will come back with comments refuting my experience. Thermal wall cooling is not air conditioning. We had this in Budapest and Helsinki, and it did not function. It was hot outside and it was hot inside. Adjusting the wall thermostat did nothing. Also, we were treated like children, not being able to control this "air conditioning" ourselves. We had to text to get the temperature adjusted. We still had to open the windows to cool the place down, despite asking for it to be cooled to 21 degrees. There is not a single unit that blows air out, either to warm, or cool the apartment. Judge for yourself if you would call this air conditioning. There are 4 steps to negotiate. No cleaning products were left out, except a scourer, washing up liquid and 3 dish washer tablets. You should be able to pay the tourist tax, as part of the booking, as other stays in Hungary did not require a cash payment to be left in the property. The extractor in the bathroom needs a really good clean as small round balls of dust kept dropping down and when I looked up, there was a really thick layer of dust inside.

Secure undercover parking. Lift access to apartment. Easy walk to old town. Lovely balcony for evening drinks. Very quiet location.

Modern and comfortable apartment in quiet side street. The apartment was spotless clean. Everything needed was there.

The towels are nice and plenty but it would have been helpful to have different colors. Two colors would be fine to distinguish them. Each person has a set and this would help.

Great newly furbished appartment in a recently built building, quite near the centre of Pecs. Within walking distance of the pedestrian area. The appartment is equipped with plenty of appliances and utensils you need for a stay. I was more than surprised with the appartment, which turned out to be one of the best appartments I ever stayed in via booking. Really great experience, the best place I stayed in in Pecs ever!

The procedure for getting the keys and parking in the basement looked a little tedious when I received the description but it actually turned out really simple and made perfect sense after I've done it.
