No room to left luggage when you have to take a late flight.

The location, the view.

Wasn’t properly cleaned, dust everywhere. Just one roll of toilet paper, the cheapest possible. It finish by the morning of second day. Not coffee, not even a bottle of water. No shampoo, just few soap bar. The remote controller isn’t working.

The bathroom rug smelled strongly as it was still moist and it left a moldy smell in the apartment when I entered it. The arrival procedure is a bit clumsy. Never had to send ahead of time my passport even when I book with high end hotels in complex and insecure regions of the world.

The view from the 19th floor balcony is truly spectacular. The king bed and beddings are very comfortable. The location is central and the security guards are friendly and helpful. The modern decor and storage space are great. Overall, just very comfortable and convenient. And that view!

The lighting in the bathroom could be better and the kitchen could be better appointed. At first someone had forgotten to leave kitchen towels and bath mat, but the host was responsive and we got them.

I liked the suit and the location (that is why I revered it in the first place)

I didn't like the hidden fee of almost $30 for cleaning fee. I don't disagree with a cleaning service, but add this to the main price of the suit and don't mislead people with this "hidden" fee
