Fantástico Loft Centro Histórico Quito

Centralt beliggende. Personalet yderst hjælpsomme med at booke ture for os med afhentning i lobbyen. Så alt i alt et godt og billigt sted der klart kan anbefales

Personalet gjorde opmærksom på støj fra vejen fra ca 06.00 til 18.00. Måske fordi vi havde valgt lejligheden

Die Zimmer waren einigermaßen Sauber, es gab genug Decken, denn es war doch sehr frisch.

Wir haben zuerst ewig nach dem richtigen Einang gesucht, denn Fantastico Loft ist kein Hotel Name oder so, das Hostal heißt Rincon Familiar Hostal, wir haben mehrere Hostal Besitzer runterrum gefragt keiner kannte das Loft. Dann haben wir endlich die richtige Rezeption gefunden und dort wurde mir gesagt, dass das Loft bereits ausgebucht sei , dabei hatte ich das Loft ein halbes Jahr vorher gebucht. Ich habe dann auf einzel Zimmer bestanden. Die Badezimmer waren schimmlig und haben gestunken. Die buchbaren Ausfllüge sind auch viel zu teuer im Vergleich mit anderen Websites.

The description is very misleading. We stayed in the loft because it was two bedrooms, but one of the bedroom was merely a single bed shoved in an open space behind the kitchen. The “hot tub” is a bath tub with jacuzzi nozzles which don’t work, and water which doesn’t stay hot enough to fill up. When it rains, water leaks heavily on the bathroom floor. The kitchen was totally unstocked with only 2 of each utensil and one glass. The terrace which allegedly comes with the apartment is actually the hotel’s terrace on the other side of the building. Finally, when we raised all this with the staff we were met with disinterest. It took a lot of pressure from us to get things sorted. We had to pay extra to get the second room which we had arguably already paid for as the loft is advertised as 2 bedroom. Would not recommend this place.

Wifi was hit and miss. A hot shower was not a guarantee!

Everything. Great cleaning staff. Raulito and especially Jesus were the best. They helped me in every way possible. I would recommend the place anytime every time especially the loft. Huge spacious and comfortable. Truly God bless the staff at this establishment they made my stay there memorable again a special shout out to Raulito Jesus and the lady who cleaned my room

1st night I was put up in a less than satisfactory room due to a double booking but it was resolved by Raulito next day by noon and since I was there for 6 days I was able to enjoy the loft for the rest of the time.
