Clear instructions from the friendly owner. Explained everything on arrival. Very clean apartment and a proper shower cubicle, both very rare in Morocco, so worth the money. Good kitchen facilities, clean building and lift. Lots of cafes in the area and a few minutes from the Medina and easy to get to the train stations.

Just tightening a few wall plugs/cables and a new table next to the sofas and it's perfect:)

We stayed in these apartments in Rabat and had a great experience. The location is very good - there’s a tram stop nearby, a couple of grocery stores, and it’s easy to get to all the main sights. The area felt safe, and it’s even close enough to walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He showed us the apartment and gave us helpful tips about the city, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and very clean - it was spotless when we arrived. It also had everything we needed: a washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, which made our stay very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rabat. Great location, great host, and a very clean and well-equipped apartment.
