Lacplesa Cozy Central Apartment

Very quite and calm apartment. Stayed 4 nights and not a single disturbance those days. Excellent communication with the owner. Fast replies. I was allowed to check out later for a small fee which was good due to late flight 👍

The apartment is quite spacios, with plenty of room for two adults. The location is perfect, we could get to the old town and the most of our points of interest by foot. The address was pretty easy to find and access. The owner is polite and professional.

The apartment is NOT quiet at all. A family with a small child lives in the neighboring apartment and we could hear him stomping/crying very clearly - from the afternoon to the late evening hours. Our other neighbours had a party at 3 AM and we could hear them laughing. At first, I thought that the sound comes from the yard, but no, it was from the inside of the building. So, there is virtually no sound insulation between apartments. Which could be considered either as a false advertisment or just ignorance on the owner's part. Another major downside was the bed quality. The matress has not only the loudest springs, it is also one of the stiffest beds I've ever slept on. The pillowcases were too big for the pillows and the bed sheet was kinda small for the bed. Cleanliness was okay at the first glance, but the drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the cookware was covered in old stinky fat. Some cookware is not even compatible with the induction cooktop. The utensils come from a variety of different sets, which completes the feeling that those were donated or found in some second-hand shop.

Excellent location, comfortable sofa, underfloor heating in the bathroom, elevator.

Kitchen area could be cleaner. Sounds from neighboring apartments, like a child crying and things banging, are quite noticeable. More lighting would be appreciated due to limited natural light.

Please add a mirror to the unit - so far there is only one avail in the bathroom
