The apartment its self was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. Reception staff very helpful.

Opposite our balcony was a building site. Noise of blow torches and circular saws operated continuously from early morning and over the weekend. To loud to have balcony doors open. There is a lot of apartments with all walks of life staying in. Heavy smell of cannabis.

I stayed here with my daughter,her husbandand twins of 2 yrs. I had emailed before our visit asking for early check-in and 2 travel cots for the apartment but when we arrived we were told we'd have to pay €30 and would not get it until 12 and as actual check in was 3 we didn't bother. There was no kettle in the room soon enquiring i was told we could hire one for €15 for 5 days, you could buy one locally for less! We ran out of toilet paper and when I went to reception I was told you had to buy it from them!!! I've stayed in a lot of places and never was I not supplied with either a kettle or the basics of toilet paper. The apartment had minimum delph with just 1 large bowl. reception team were lovely and friendly and the place was spotless. The pool area was lovely too. We requested a taxi the night before our departure for 7am and when we went to get it it never showed up and reception was closed, the taxis we rang hung up and we had no idea who the receptionist had phoned, perhaps a good idea would be to leave a sign at reception giving taxi details they use so if in our case you're stranded we have a number. We went toa nearby hotel and they helped us out The place is about 10 mins from shops and there is a bus near by to Salou. If you have babies in disposable nappies bring them as they are REALLY expensive unless you can get to. a Lidl and it's quite far out near the airport. Mercadona in Salou was cheapest at almost €10 for what you pay €4 for at home!

On arrival, €200 deposit and told room must be clean when we exit. No kettle, no English Tv, no restaurant, no snack bar, no facilities to buy water drinks. You even have to provide your own toilet roll. This setting is a long walk for any restaurants. 2nd pool not open

Dat we eerder konden inchecken tegen klein bedrag. Dit was wel fijn, zodat we ons konden opfrissen en settelen.

Bedden zijn best hard. Airco werkte niet nu was het gelukkig nog niet zo warm.

location of the apartment was great, kitchen and facilities in there were good...

loud music and shouting majority of evenings keeping the kids awake...
