Excellent location

Went in May and pool facilities were not open after been told they would be.

Size of the apartment, location and comfort.

The shower door didn’t close fully.

We loved the size of the apartment. And the location was grest right next to a supermarket. Very convenient.

To gain access to our apartment, we had to go to another location to collect the keys. This other location was so far away and being new to the area almost impossible to find we had to seek help in order to get our keys. When picking up our keys we had to wait in a que for over an hour even though I had filled out the passenger checkin forms as requested before going. The person we spoke to was not concerned of the inconvenience we had endured. But this was not finished yet as The keys we were given only opened the door to the apartment not the main entrance which meant we could not go out on our 1st night as planned for fear of being locked out! I rang the office only to be told to go back the following day to get the missing key it turns out we had been given an old key and were suppose to have been given 2 sets. Still not finished yet. When we vacated the apartment we had to make another journey to the office to drop off our keys and the lady on duty was very rude when she spoke to my 67 year old husband she shouted to him "did you clean the kitchen before you left? I hope you haven't left any dirty dishes around" I don't know who she thought she was speaking to but she needs to learn some manners and they need to organise the key situation and how they run their office. I would not use Rentalmar agency again.
