Very nice host, nice location, apartment was comfortable.

The sofa didn’t smell good, overall whole apartment smelled like cat. This is our only critique.

Great communication from Valeria, who was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived earlier than the normal check in time. Good air con and pool.

The view of other people’s apartments all around was very unattractive. The apartment was the only one without a blind/curtain on the balcony which might have helped to block the view. The balcony door was extremely stiff and impossible to open by three members of our adult group. Not enough sockets in the kitchen and cupboards are falling apart. The bathroom needs updating and the shower is a mixer type and very weak. One bathroom and one hall mirror - no vanity mirrors/area for doing hair and makeup.

The host, Valeria, is very caring and attentive with info where to park and to eat. Flat is well located with the pool in the yard and 10-15min drive to Port Aventura parc. Flat has all facilities to live and cook if planned

Sofa needs renovation as not comfortable to sleep if planned. Air-conditioning is leaking, and terrace light mot working.
