"Хорошее место, чтобы один-два дня провести"

Расположение супер. Променад, пляж все рядом.

Лифты не синхронизированы друг с другом, подниматься на предпоследний этаж было такое себе. Пока едешь раза 3 остановишься по пути. В лифте нет кондиционера, душно. Народ набивается под завязку. Лифт долго ждать.

"Самый подходящий аппартамент по цене качеству"

Желание помочь. Отличное местоположение. Во дворе тихо, люди не снуют туда-сюда. Есть охрана и лишние машины тоже не попадут на территорию.

Приехал ночью (заранее предупреждал, что будет так), пришлось дозваниваться до людей. После того как дозвонился, рисепшн открыли и все получилось.

سكنا في شقه في الدور الثامن سيئه جدا وقديمه المطبخ سيء جدا الاواني قدييمه الجميل فيها فقط الاطلاله ثم طلبنا تغيير المكان لانو لا يشبه الصور ابدا قامت الموظفه بتلبية الطلب ونقلتنا في الدور السابع شقه مجدده وانظف

"Генеральная уборка, косметический ремонт."

Понравилось расположение, пешая доступность до моря , магазины , торговые центры и тому подобное. Вовлеченный персонал,реагирует на все просьбы и пожелания, уборка и замена постельного белья и полотенец по запросу. В целом в квартире есть все для проживания, в рабочем состоянии.

Апартаменты нуждаются в косметическом ремонте, генеральной уборке. Муравьи присутствуют, в основном в зоне кухни, запах канализации в одном из туалетов. В целом неплохо, обжили пространство и местами даже казалось хорошо 👍

Brilliant location close to the beach.The property was clean and very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The property is a bit aged but if you don't mind some wear and tear it has everything you need.We were happy with our stay.

We had no complains.
