Haus Despina

The host is nice yet very discreet - we loved that. On the premises there are cleaning tools to maintain your comfort of the room/studio between the general cleanings. We made use of those utensils and was really ok. Room cleaning is done twice a week and sheet are changed once a week. A larger kitchen is on the terrace, quite equipped. Enough kitchen utensils for a vacation in the room. Great view to the sea (we had seaview room), nice evenings spent on the comfortable large balcony. We also didn't even make use of the AC, the ceiling fan was enough at the end of June, perfect for us. Very comfortable beds. If returning in Sithonia, we will definitely return here.

Only the terrace

I booked a room with kitchen and they assigned a small room without kitchen and with a small bathroom . No friendly at all.

Excellent location, very clean accommodation and the staff is very nice especially the owner.

The room was very small, the bathroom as well. The mattress of the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable for us, causing a lack of sleep.

The bathroom was small, the rooms were cleaned only 1 time per the whole week in the beginning of our stay, the toilet paper ended on the second day and we had to buy. We were surprised that we have to pay additionally 5 Eur/day for the air conditioner. No parking places available, we parked our car at the public parking near by, which after 19 PM is usually full.

Convenient and clean

It was very clean. The sheets and the towels were changed 2 times during our 10 day stay. The bed is very comftorable. The roof terrase is beautiful, big and it has a great view. The host is nice and welcoming. The kitchen is shared but it is really big. No oil or salt so make sure to bring it if you want to cook.

I did not like the fact that we did not get a refil of toilet paper so we had to buy it ourself. Also, it was noisy during the night when the guests were entering/leaving. The walls are really thin so this noise woke us up every time. Also there was door banging and very loud talking on those occasions. The room is quite small. The bad is big which is great but there is no more space left to open your suitcase for example.
