BELocation is impeccable, you are a few steps from the beach and parking in front of the property is easy and free. Everything else you need is just a few minutes walk away. Incredible view of Mount Athos and the studio itself was a great size, very nicely decorated and perfectly clean. Hosts were very friendly. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

Cleaning was a little superficial, lot of dog hair everywhere and some towels were stained
