Super Lage nahe der Bergbahn, sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Betten waren extrem unbequem. Harte Matratzen, Seitenschlaf praktisch unmöglich.

部屋は広くて良かった。 事前チェックインで、ゲストカードがメール送付された。

お湯を使っていたら、突然、出なくなって困った。お湯をある程度使うと、ボイラーが再稼働するのに8時間くらいかかるとか。 共同の洗濯機など、場所や使い方について、図解などで分かりやすく提示してほしかった。（おもてなしの言葉より、イラストや図解を多用した、説明を工夫してほしい。） ベッドの脚が、デザインで出っ張っているため、足をぶつけるなど危なかった。 駅からの道順が分かりにくく、坂道の上なので覚悟が必要だった。（グーグルマップでも分かりにくかった）
