Great location! Conveniently located right next to the station. There's everything around. The rooms are also very clean. Most of the things you need for daily life, such as washing machines, detergent, and tableware, are available. Communication with the owner was quick, reassuring, and very kind. I would like to use it again.

Almost none. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the floor of the room is slippery. Since my children were still young, they often fell and were in danger. However, I don't like the carpet because it feels dirty, and the flooring was very clean.

Clean and spacious. Everything what we need is there. The location is perfect!

I wish there was a lift…

Good location next to Hongik University station, exit 7. This is directly on the airport line. There is a 7/11 store just below which is convenient (but the owner is a rude guy). The rooms are good and well equipped, beds are nice and comfortable, clean linen is provided, wifi is good, good clean bathroom, washing facility is there.

There is no lift. Climbing 4 floors with luggage was a challenge. The host is willing to help but this should be mentioned prior to booking. The kitchen is too less equipped. It was advertised to have a fully functioning kitchen. There was not even a cutting knife/cutting board. Too less cooking utensils and eating plates. Just enough for 2 persons. We had made a booking for 4. No dish washer as well.

The bed is cozy and the room is well-located being close to Hongik University station. Everything inside the room works as expected. It is basically convenient and clean with a friendly host.

Even though the host is very friendly, he did not admit to his mistake of posting the wrong photos for the room I was given. The room I was given was different from the one in the photos I noted when making the booking. Despite discussing it in detail, the host did not admit to his mistake and kept telling me it is my mistake and that I booked the wrong room. This was frustrating. Also, there is a lot of noise at night which makes sleeping difficult. I think some sort of repair is conducted at 3 AM the night every day, which was surprising to me. There is no elevator which was okay for me, but you should be careful to know about it.
