Hongdae Residence - Hongik Uni station Exit #1

Location was excellent and the accommodation was huge with more than enough space. Best part was how close it was to subway, shops and connections.

The location is very good. Just few steps away from subway station. the host is very nice. luggage storage is available after check out. Highly recommend if you land in Gimpo Airport.

The decor is a bit outdated and there is a little problem when showering, which is water will leak out of the shower area and make it bathroom damp and humid. But those are not really bother me. What I really want to improve is the quality of beddings which don’t need to be fancy but have to be soft and comfy

Everything about the house is perfect, clean and spacious. Literally at the exit 1 of hongik uni metro stn and in front of hongik uni bus stn. Located at the heart of Hongdae, just a 5 minute walk to see the street performance and street shopping. You can see the hongdae street from the apartment windows. Their services were top tier! They allowed us to store our luggages before and after our stay for free so that we can travel hassle free. There’s nothing to not like about this house. They provide all the basic necessities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, clean towels, hair straightener, hair dryer, and fast wifi. Have lift up to the apartment, only need to climb up 15 steps of stairs from from the exit 1 to the lift. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. THANK YOU.

We received very helpful instructions for check in. It was also very convenient to have an elevator that connecting the building directly to the metro. Property was in a great location to walk to check out many of the neighborhoods but also very easily accessible to the metro to check out areas further out. Very spacious and clean property, had more that enough amenities for our stay
