Hongdae Residence - Hongik Uni station Exit #1

location is superb! Right opposite exit 9, and right beside exit 1. The place is very very clean too, hosts are extremely responsive too!

It was just above the train station. It was so spacious. It has a view of the main road, so we can see if the district is bustling. It was also near restaurants and stores. We have already recommended the place to our friends and family.

my friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. it’s right outside hongik station exit 1 and in that middle of the shopping, restaurants area. The host was really kind too and good at communicating. The guesthouse is modern, very clean and comfortable! I love the whole set up and will definitely stay here again when I travel to Seoul

only thing is the railing for the upper floor. it’s too short that it can be a hazard for both children and adults - especially at dark when going down the stairs.

We stayed here in October 2022 and decided to come back again in April 2023. We love the location and the apartment. The owner and the building managers are very helpful!!!!
