Apartment Queen Bridge

The person with whom I talked was very kind and gave all the information needed, especially about the famous stairs that everybody complained about. The location was super good, super central in the heart of Sibiu, Piața Mică. The bed was comfortable too. I added the picture of the famous stairs at the entrance, they are not the most comfortable but in my case was not a problem.

The apartment didn't look very clean, especially the kitchen. I believe it's not necessary to keep in the apartment the products left by other people. The kitchen had some potatoes, open pasta...the cupboards looked dirty and unorganised. The pots and utensils of the kitchen were greasy. I believe that even if the price is low, hygiene is not negotiable and it's the minimum a place to stay needed to offer. The bathroom had empty products in the shower, the walls didn't look clean. Better to have less utensils but clean, than a lot and the majority greasy.

The host was amazing. We forgot somrthing in the flat on the way out and she was really helful, sending it over by a delivery service. She was also very restorative throughout our stay.
