Traditional Hermannstadt

I've never met such rude hosts in my life. The house was not cleaned when we arrived - garbage bag in the middle of the house, a damp towel in the sink, urine stains on the toilet seat (in the evening). After calling, the host checked and confirmed that it wasn't cleaned and sent us to a new location. Arriving at the new location (with self-checkin), there was no key in the cipher box. The woman said she'll come (she didn't respond to my text asking how long it will take, cause it was night and we were cold and tired. By this time she wouldn't answer the phone, but texted me to write instead). A man came instead and he was incredibly rude and arrogant. The first thing he said was "What are you looking at?", imitating me looking at him. I asked how can he act this way, after all this mess, and he said it's just our unlucky day, and that it's not his fault that the guys who staid there before didn't like the place and took the key with him. I said that they have such a nerve to even ask for good reviews in their whatssap instructions text, and he said that we can leave whatever reviews we want, that we will be ok. We staid there for the night because we needed a place to stay (Turnul Portii was the name of the new place they sent us to, which was more modest and much smaller than the place we paid for initially). He was absolutely appalling.

perfect , absolutely everything you could possibly need, all the comforts of home and so warm and cosy, quaint location, very central and always a parking spot outside, now where else will you find all that for a price that’s very reasonable….

really close to the centre. easy to find and locate everything thanks to the descriptive instructions. owners really nice and helpful. spacious. comfortable beds.

The location was easy to find, it was in a quiet place. 3 minutes away from city center, 6 minutes away from the train station. The view toward the flower garden was great. Around the location there are so many fabulous places to visit. Overall, I had a good time at this property. My focus was to have quiet time, late mornings, relaxation and introspection.

I would have enjoyed a better mattress. I also would have enjoyed an outside light. The shower was working good, but the bathroom sink needs some repairs, and it's sad that I read about it, and the hosts do not fix it. There was a lot of humidity at the location, even with a dehumidifier, there is room of improvement of the air quality.

Great Location and very nice space

It had mold on the fridge so we didnt use the fridge at all, apart from that everything was very good
