Superb location, quiet but still very close (walking distance, with a child) to the old center. The apartment is very clean and comfy - that we liked a lot. Breakfast and coffee can be had nearby, just head on left. The owner was great and we had no communication problems whatsoever. That's the kind of place you recommend to your friends.
