Just the fact that is close to old town.

This is not the definition of “Luxury” ! Very poorly maintained building, the apartment in the same condition. Everything creaks, the doors, the floor, the mattresses. Old furniture repainted. It could have been reconditioned much better so as to bring added value. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Very cold when we arrived and we were with a small child. It took more than an hour to get to 22 degrees Celsius.
