Good location and communication with the owner.

Maybe the owner should check more carefully how the cleaning is done. We didn’t use the kitchen at all, as it was very dirty. Also the curtain was broken and left in the middle of the house, it looked somehow that there was not much interest in welcoming guests. Otherwise, the sheets were clean, location good. The building itself is very old, but it is the old city.

Location was very good, close to the center. Pretty spacious and in a nice neighborhood, with lots of cafes and restaurants . Check-in and out was very easy, contactless, we got clear information via mail.

What I found unacceptable was the fact that according to the description , the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which was one of the reasons I chose this place. Actually, it has a mobile air-conditioning unit, which is very loud and inefficient because you’re supposed to keep the window open and the shutters can’t keep the hot air out and because of the heat wave, we could barely sleep at night. The notice on the unit said smth about emptying the reservoir after 1 hour of functioning. There was no such thing. After a few calls and photos exchanged with the contact person, we were left with a complicated image from the booklet which wasn’t much help.The walls are very thin, so one night we could hear all the party sounds in the adjoining apartment. The fridge was not cleaned, so you could see traces of food from the previous occupants. First thing I did was wash the fridge, not something I should do when I paid for the service . Cooker badly needs scrubbing too There were no toiletries and there are drainage problems in the bathroom

Location was great with nicely decorated rooms. Also pleasant inner courtyard. The host was responsive.

Check in was a bit difficult(number on the lockbox is no longer visible) and the linen was not so clean. The sink in the bathroom was almost clogged.
