Federico was a great host, the apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped. We really appreciated the small things, like lots of dishwasher tabs/washing powder etc; it makes the difference! Apartment itself is massive, so much space for the 6 guests. Location is excellent, less than 5min walk to piazza di campo. We had a great stay thank you!

While there is aircon/fans in all the rooms, we did find it a little too weak at times. However understandably only so much is possible when it’s 36 degrees outside and you’re in a penthouse!

Amazing apartment! Perfectly located, beautifully furnished and decorated with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Our host was very welcoming and spent time settling us in and seeing us off when we reluctantly left. We will definitely be back!

EVERYTHING!!!! This property was so very perfect: - great location, - a huge comfortable space - stocked with anything and everything you can possibly think of (as close to a real home from home that you can get). - very comfortable bed and very comfortable lounge is plenty seating space - spotlessly clean - lovely coffees provided and kitchen the was the best stocked kitchen if have ever visited on holiday. Our host, Federico met us at the property with the keys and showed us how everything works. A lovely person and you can tell how proud he is of this property (restored by his parents, utilising varied period decoration - tastefully executed). The location was perfect within the walled city, but in a quiet street so all the attractions is within a short walk. This is one of those properties that really exceeded our expectations and we were blown away, we were here for 3 nights but could have stayed so much longer due to the absolute comfort of this place.

Even if I think really, really hard I can not fault a single thing :-)

The home is beautifully and interestingly decorated, the location is superb, and suited the four adults and two children in our group perfectly. The beds are comfortable, the bathtub was enjoyed by our children and it was quiet during the day and night.
