The owner is a lovely individual. Super sweet and kind. Did not speak good English so it was tough to communicate. Large apartment and the location is perfect. About a 10 minute walk from everything you need.

The owner apparently lives there when not rented and some of her stuff was laying around (like her hygiene products in the bathroom). Those MUST be removed. The TV is NOT a Smart TV, so during the times where we were relaxing in the apartment, you can't log into Netflix or Prime Video or anything like that. The parking scenario is VERY confusing and limited, so you really must do your homework ahead of time to understand how it works. There is NO air-conditioning, so if you plan on staying there in the hot months, you WILL be very warm. There are fans, but that's just blowing around hot air. I believe some more assistance with English instructions, communication, and more needs to happen. STRONGLY suggest air conditioning be installed.

Excellent location, good size apartment, clean and well equipped. A delicious cake, water and coffee capsules were waiting for us in the kitchen.

The owner is very strict with check in/out time.

It was very nicely set up and comfortable for us two. Plenty of cooking utensils to eat in if you like. Wifi worked great. Location was away from the bustle of IL Campo, but still close enough to easily walk to.

Bed was a little hard, but not unmanageable

Morena met us at the property on arrival, and this was after agreeing to a late check-in because of our train arrival time. She was very helpful and pointed out things we should see in the area, where the shop was (just down the street), etc. She gave us a big bowl of fruit, a cake, and lots of coffee for the machine. The apartment itself is very nice with plenty of space for 2 people, inside the city walls and not too far from the city square (Il Campo). It actually faces on to a narrow residential back street, which is nice to walk along. We had a really nice stay in this really interesting ancient city. Thank you.

There are some stairs to get up to the apartment which is not really a problem, except when you are arriving and leaving with heavy luggage (as we were).
