"Dreary and unsatisfactorily."

Musty smell. 1 Toilet roll for 4days. No visual contact with owners. Owners NOT in attendance at quoted time of arrival or at any time during stay. On our arrival at agreed time unable to enter due to non appearance of owner/s. On finally entering, no written details regarding wi.fi - washing machine - no sink plug etc.. Very unprofessional circumstances.

"met some nice neighbours and joined in the holiday activities"

Since owner didn’t speak English, I had to rely on a taxi driver to call re key. Booking.com said to email re arrival time. where a code is provided, you should just say so.
