"A good apartment, could be better."

The apartment was in a good clean situation. The space was ok for four people. We were one couple and two friends so we had 2 double beds and one sofa bed. The staff was cool, and Alfredo came immediately to make the sheets on the sofa bed when we called him.

The beds were not so comfortable and the sofa bed was also the same. There was no water in the fridge, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The apartment was half underground so we had zero view. Also there was no electrical outlet near to the beds, pretty annoying tho. I think the price is a bit high for what it offers.

We were met by Alfredo himself which was so good. he arranged parking for the night and explained the next day. Very communicative and answered questions via the app instantly. Great location only 10 mins walk through the gates to the centre of Siena a beautiful city!!! Great value city, good food, coffee and lovely people and beautiful sights.

Beds need upgraded to proper mattresses. That is are only complaint ever else was perfect!!
