The best accommodation ever. Apartment had everything what you need and more.... Owner very kind. We got everything what we asked for.

Everything! It’s brand new, spotlessly clean, high quality linen & towels, great bed, excellent coffee machine, coffee & tea provided, very quiet yet only 10m walk from Serdica. Aneta is an amazing host who went out of her way to accommodate us. Highly recommended

The apartment is spacious, exceptionally well designed for our comfort, very fast wifi and a well equipped small kitchen. Great secure parking and a secure building. Would be quite good for a digital nomad.

It's a bit of a walk (15 to 25 minutes) to the primary tourist spots.

The apartment was very clean, small and cute. Aneta and her husband are great hosts. Aneta was very helpful and the flat was well equipped. There was even an umbrella. We stayed as 3 people for 2 days and enjoyed our stay.

There is nothing that we didn’t like but if white colored towels had been used instead of gray, it would have been better.

Aneta was a very friendly and helpful host! The flat was well maintained and everything looked very new. We wanted for nothing. It was also very quiet despite the proximity to the centre. I can only recommend it!

Amazing apartment with everything that you might need. Very helpful property owner. In a walking distance from city center at quiet location. We would definitely select this apartments for our next visits :)

The apartment is in excellent condition with everything that you need provided for you. It has a fully functional kitchen with the necessary utensils, cutlery, plates etc., and even some cooking products. The whole apartment is brand new and it gives you a very warm vibe when you are in. It has a nice living room area with a smart TV, a very comfortable bed and the shower is large and with good water pressure and always hot water. There is an iron with an ironing board, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner and even an umbrella! Coming from an area where it is mostly sunny throughout the year, we were pleasantly surprised by the insulation of the apartment. When we visited Sofia it was snowing and the temperatures were sometimes below zero and although the apartment has a central heating which is a big plus, most of the times it was not needed at all because it was always warm inside. We never left the central heating on when we were away, but when we came back the apartment was still warm which was a big relief when getting back while it was snowing outside! The location is also convenient. Pirotska street has a lot of shops, supermarkets, bakeries and so forth, it is about 5-6 minutes from the subway station and around a 10-minute walk to the beginning of Vitosha Boulevard. Aneta is a very professional and kind person. She was waiting for us to arrive from the airport and showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us. She even explained how the parking system works and I must say it is very convenient having a personal parking space in Sofia. Overall, it was a great stay and would highly recommend it!
