It was all disappointing. We came at the day of our staying and we found only two pairs of sheets and towels ( we had booked for three people). I asked the flat manager if he could bring us them and said to look for it and if we couldn’t find it we had to wait till the next day. When I went to the bathroom I saw the toilet used with papers and stools clogging the toilet. When I informed the flat manager he told me it is too late to call someone to clean it and if I could clean it. He told me he couldn’t send me towels on the first day of our staying and I had to wait the next morning when the cleaning lady would come to bring me the towels and sheets after her busy schedule .Otherwise I should have left the keys to let her in. I was not comfortable with leaving the keys and letting anyone come into the apartment so I had to wait for her to come and give me the sheets and the towels. Of course I cleaned the bathroom and i received just an apology. All the walls were dirty and I sent the pictures by the time I arrived. I don’t recommend staying at this place at all. It should have been at least 1/3 of the price. At the same price point you can find more and better rooms or give some money more to feel clean and comfortable. Also in the bathroom one of the three mechanisms to use the shower wasn’t working at all. When the air filter of the bathroom was working it had such a bad smell.

Location is exceptional - seconds away from the central street in Sofia, less than a minute away from a major metro station yet not crowded or noisy. The apartment is as appears on photos, spacious and well-equipped, with a modern kitchenette and a simple but clean bedroom.

Very minor things: a place to put towels in the bathroom such as a rack would be more convenient. A hallway/landing light when exiting the property on the second floor at night would mean it's easier to see and descend the stairs - had to use phone's torch.

I really loved the location, the balcony is very nice, comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom, spacious livingroom, friendly cats in the area and quiet neighbours

I didn't like the dirty dishes, smelly and unsafe building entrance, flaky sofa pillows, wonky TV table, small dining area, bathroom cabinet is falling apart, impossible to reach bedroom cabinets, no ashtray on the balcony, uncomfortable and dirty balcony chairs, dirty balcony, random outlet right near the ceiling, smelly dishwasher, leaky toilet cistern and the property has no AC
